General Job Description

The Senior Accountant will interface with the CEO of the company. Experience: Accounting degree required. 2-5 years experience required. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate the monthly closing process for IQ Products Company.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual variance explanations
    • Prepare monthly financial statements
    • Prepare/coordinate responses to year-end data requests
    • Complete internal reporting assignments and special projects as needed
    • Control master account reconciliation listing to ensure all accounts are reconciled timely
    • Assist with system implementation
    • Supervise A/P, A/R, and Inventory staff
